Spoke to Clark about springs that my wife ordered. Called him and if he didn't answer left a voice mail and he called me back even over the holidays. Springs arrived today. Thanks

I've been corresponding with Clark regularly about my parts as well as some shop time to have work done to my ride. It certainly didn't help with the port workers strike at Long Beach last month, but he kept me informed of my parts. He's still on top of things, and I know he'll always keep me informed via calls or text.

Default VIP autosalon.. Horrible.

Long story short, I ordered a JoeZ Exhaust and Sikky headers from them 6 months ago for a friends ISF.. and they promised to ship them out asap. fast forward 2 months.. with barely any updates or replies they claim to have sent the exhaust.. so yay! got excited.. another month past and nothing arrived.. so i contact them again and they say production delay. 4 months later they say they sent them all together. So i go and collect them from customs to find out that the exhaust was sent only.... I contacted Clark again and all he replied was "you didn't receive them yet"?? which was months ago.. and now is ignoring all my emails. I tried to call several times but no one is ever in that damned office. I would really appreciate it if anyone can get ahold of them since I am a million miles away and its not a possibilty for me. Sorry to hear about this... If you used a credit card I'd just file a claim and get your money back. Try to order somewhere else that has them already in stock. There have been a lot of complaint threads about that vendor, I've never purchased anything from them but its enough to deter me from ever buying from them. Anyway good luck.

Wish you came across this thread prior to placing and order with them as this is a know issue with them as statd above. My buddy had the exact same issue and he just did a charge back.

I sympathize with you, Rider. You are correct that what is happening is horrible. These kinds of dealings will catch up to them sooner or later as you are not only one who experienced this. And I suspect, you are not the last. Hope you get your money back.

At this point, ill even accept the headers cost only minus the shipping.. Its just frustration that I cant do anything from this side of the world.

I've tried calling them a couple times just to ask some questions but no one has ever answered the phone. I've never heard anything good about anyone's dealings with them. They are located in Orange, Ca which is about 10 miles from my house. Has anyone ever gone to their shop and found anyone "working the desk" ? The only way I would purchase from them would be in person and with the item in stock!

Should have ordered from JE Motorsports as they have supplied me with my set of headers w/o any issue. Guess its too late for regrets.
