WoW, VipAuto Salon doesn't even acknowledge on this thread anymore.
Which means they really don't care about there customers they only want your money!
Talk about SAD! I sure hope the IRS and and the many banks that people are requesting refunds start going after them for fraud!

Hey everyone, im new to the isf but i have been around them for a while. Reason why is because i am a service adviser for lexus. but anyways i have already started to mod my F and just wanted to ask a question. I bought an exhaust from Vip AutoSalon and i have still yet to receive it and its been 3 weeks. i have also called them email them and they will not respond. Has anyone had an issue with them on this? dont know what else i could do?

I agree wholeheartedly with this. Based on the bad experiences that so many people have had with them over shipping time and accuracy, I would never give them a dollar of my business. Like Obby said, I would ask for a refund immediately and look elsewhere to buy your parts.

Yea, they are so tempting. You go online, and they seemingly have every aftermarket part of the IS-F. Keyword seemingly, as most people never get their orders I guess. I almost bought a Wald diffuser from them, but read the horror stories and stayed away. Good luck with getting your refund!

they just did it to me too, i ordered a set of gs350 awd coilovers, when i wanted to order they answered the phone everyday. Now they wont return my emails nor answer the phone, they told me that i would recieve the coilovers at the end of the month of june. now nothing
