Are you talking about Drivers school candidate? You get "upgrades", or "levels" from how many posts you post. Next level is either at 50 or 100 posts, then you will be a driver.

the crazy thing is post count means little enjoy the fact you have some place to get info, and talk with people.

Yes, ^^ the post count only goes toward you being able to sell stuff. pretty much. CL is better than talking to 1 mechanic. WAY better

lol posts dont mean anything man , alot of people with low post counts have the best knowledge because they only post when they have something meaningful to say , i have a high post count because i love to banter and give my opinions and ask questions,,,,dont try too hard to get your post count higher or to get an 'upgrade'
