I'm told they're still working on getting the last batch out... I keep bugging and am still hopeful we'll be able to send out more.

In previous posts you mentioned DECALS would be in announcements; did you mean CLUB LEXUS VENDOR PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENTS?

No, there is an announcement feature that appears at the top of all the forums list. It's not there now which is why you don't see it
