Don't have an android device to tell you where to look. Are you using the app or mobile browser?

It's active (I just clicked it on your post above) - there are some forums where we don't have it enabled (car chat, debate forum) so you won't see it there.

So just got word back

"The Thanks plugin is unfortunately only supported on the full desktop site at the moment, but we're working on a mobile version that we hope to have ready soon. No ETA just yet, but it's coming!"
