Yodaone, this type of topic has nothing to do with Lexus LS models and you know they belong in the site suggestions and problems forum, please post them there not the LS forum in the future. Moved thread (again).

you need to provide more info including what device you are using. Is it mobile (what type) or PC or Mac?

do you get an error message? Is the logout button there but grayed out? What happens when you click on the private message link? can you post a screen shot of the issue?

I will send you a test private message as well.

Also is this the same issue you posted about in the past few weeks (merged threads linked below) and were asked for more info then? Did it get resolved previously? I know you were able to read PMs at that time but never saw any resolution

Dave, I suspect that is the case. It did not appear to be an account issue. It would appear to be a device/browser/layout/extension issue and we requested further information. However, we did not get any further information to be able to investigate. Another member reported the same concern around the same time the last event was reported, but then quickly updated to report the issue was resolved - despite nothing was done on our end.
