We were in the process of adding more service providers to our account last week. We now have three service providers for our internet connection.
Level 3 primary provider
Yipes primary back up
Cogent Secondary back up.

Fever, there are not personal emails yet. They were referring to emails to notify about new post and pm's in vbulletin.
