Title speaks for itself.
I went in to have my heat checked out. Turns out it was that little $200 valve. Anyways, it's a dealer part, and they quoted me $235 for it, plus $115 for labor. Next, they said they would have it in about a week so I went ahead and ordered it (I was in Atl. for X-mas break, I had to go back to Tenn. for school about 11 days after I took my car in). Anyways, they FINALLY called me saying that had the part, but it was like 2.5 weeks after I took my car in. So, back in TN., I ordered the part through Lexus of Knoxville. I got it for (I think) $150 b/c I had the shop who swapped my engine get it and they got a discount. They qouted me $200. Once I got the part, it took me MAYBE 15 mins to put in and would have taken a knoledgable mechanic 5 mins. What I want to know is: 1) why was the part $35 cheaper in Tn., and 2) Why were they gonna charge me $115 for 15 mins of labor, at the most???
Has anyone else had and experience, good or bad, with Nalley Lexus of Roswell (Oh, it's off of Mansell Rd., in front of Super Wal-Mart, next to the new Porsche dealership.)? Thanks!!

We at www.seloc.net endorse Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett where VVti works. They are bar-none the best in GA and one of the best in the nation. I've been to ever Lexus dealer here in GA and no one comes close.
