just curious when should we start planning another big florida meet ?? just throwing out some ideas

The sooner the better... Anytime before the hot summer months would be fine if it is going to be done in the central florida area again... Otherwise the beach area sounds good to me... Maybe Miami? Daytona? Clearwater?

im down for anything... as long as its not too far south. but i dont think i twould really matter when it came right down to it!! lets get some ideas. oh, and this time, we should do some more advertizement to let everyone know. we also need the supra crew to represent.

folks i am working on something , but ki soarer it is down here on hollywoo beach though...


i am in talks with hollywood parks and rec to get a permit to have a multi club event right on the concrete boardwalk , like a parade of some sorts .. starting from the northern part and ending up right at hollywood beach where all car classes will rep and be parked for show and shine ... then to have downtown hollywood in the deco district avail for 2hrs closed for us to show there again by class (ie lexus , is,gs,sc ,supra, bmw , etc etc etc)

then i am hoping once we have that wrapped up with the officials i can hopefully get freelance who has got contacts with miami beach police to give us police escorted cruise down south beach and we finish off there with drinks and partying etc etc


i am hoping by end of this month into the first couple of weeks of april to have the approval but we will see


i know what would encourage them to act faster is if a charity or fundraiser of somesorts would be apart of the theme... any ideas guys????

well, thats close enough for me... i guess when it comes down to is, ill go to any lexus show in florida. of for that matter anywhere frome here to maryland where my family lives. just keep us posted with the details.

i liek the DAYTONA idea, i think there is alot to do in daytona,
but dont know about ft lauderdale that islike 6 hours for me!

i think daytona is a good isea too but i dont think we would be able to do it since they are trying to prevent any kind of spring break events happen there, and it is proven by tuner bash being cancelled

as long as we choose a date thats not a show weekend we should have a great turn out again..i also like the Daytona idea. i've never been there but everyone says we have tons to do..i've always thought if we could find a nice location where we could BBQ and hang and sit down we would have more fun than just standing around taking pics and looking at each other. mayb a park where we could BBQ ,play Volley ball, b-ball, softball, play cards. stuff like that..also get CL vendors or local vendors involved so we can raffle prizes..

for whats its worth , my idea exactly is what you are talking about, thats why i am trying to get the beach permit.. where else can you do a good volleyball game but right on the beach with the honies... amonst other things to do then the closing of downtown hollywood in the deco district , you have all the cafes and nightclubs right there

Central FL is good...but Id love the idea to see another SFL meet like the old pembrooke pines meet...

there is a park in boca raton called south country regional park..its huge!!!!!

just a suggestion...

also there is an abandon airport @ FAU in boca raton the parking lot is huge....another idea...
they have parkign spaces and a large open area.....

I suggest a weekend due to the fact that its used for parking otherwise during FAU hours...

lets get workin on this asap...I suggest mid July...????

how bout a north florida meet! like in jacksonville there are plenty of places to do something like that here and lots of stuff to do..... just an idea but i dont think there are that many of us around this area .. but i like the idea of daytona or orlando again or something like that
