Has anyone bought anything from this dealership, mainly from the parts manager Billy? I won and ebay aution 3 weeks ago tom. and have yet to see the package. I have made numerous calls and have been told 3 times that a tracking number will be e-mailed to me. I have yet to recieve and e-mail. I have contacted my credit card company and discussed the situation with them, I told them that I am going to give the guy the benifit of the doubt and let it go 3 weeks. They said to give them a call and they will credit the money back to me. This is very frusturating since this is the "part's manager" of a Toyota dealership. I am very dissappointed and will make no future purchases through this person or dealsrship unless this is resolved immediately. I am going to wait 1 more day and then take action. I am not sure if this person posts or reads on this board, but I hope that this package arives asap or and phone call or email is received very quickly. I will continue to post up as I receive or don't receive any information. I just thought I would let me fellow clublexus members know about my transaction, or lack there of.

Ok, I finnally got ahold of someone down there. Unfortunatly they guys I needed to talk to we allready gone for the evening. They guy I talked to assured me that I was not being hosed. I have had a bad experience or two with buying items on the web and I wasn't going to let it happen again.
