WHY HAVEN'T YOU SIGNED UP FOR LEXFEST YET???

We likely won't have such a huge Lexus meet as close as Atlanta for several years... Please let's get a great showing from the SE at the meet and make it a big success.



www.lexfest.net for more details .... In general the schedule is looking like the following (pending some details to confirm with Andretti's and the Georgia Aquarium)


FRIDAY
For those that arrive early Friday or Thursday night
Paddock Access (optional)
Practice Session (optional)
Qualifier Session (optional)

However, most participants are likely to do the following on Friday:
Travel
Check into hotel
Car detail / wash
Meet registration at hotel, pick up access badge/name tags, agenda with maps / directions and info packet
Informal Meet & greet at hotel
Optional event at Andretti Speed Lab (indoor cart track / w. onsite Fuddruckers for dinner)

SATURDAY
Breakfast on your own (at hotel or in small groups)
Caravan from hotel to park in car corral. Potential spillover parking at BBS facility
Meet at race track for Petit Le Mans race (9 - noon)
noon - late afternoon (or until you're ready to go back to the race)
Car show at the track (in a Car Corral for up to 300 Lexus vehicles sponsored by Lexus)
- Judging
- Awards / Giveaways
- Lunch
- BS in parking lot and check out each others cars

Watch the end of the race or until you've had your fill of the race
Evening events in small groups (suggest we have signups for who wants to do what... nice dinner at top restarant, other adult entertainment, other tourist stuff or just apply aloe and sleep).

SUNDAY
Breakfast on your own (at hotel or in small groups)
Detail car / car wash if you want to. Potential detailing demo by detail product vendor at hotel?
Lexus Caravan to GA Aquarium, filmed
10:30 am Gather at GA Aquarium in reserved parking area in their deck. Hang out and chat about cars for a while. Team Lexus Race trailers will be parked nearby for tours (if we can arrange)
Georgia Aquarium.
Close event
Evening - travel home or leave Monday AM.
