Went by Hendricks to get A/c filter and told them I was member of the Club some lady said that they don't do that no more but I told her I ot tires brake pads etc... She gave it to me this time but I guess that don't do it no more.

You guys are going to the retail parts department. They do not offer any discounts towards club lexus. If you want the discount, you must go to wholesales towards the back and see max or reece. I was there today to pick up some oil drain plug washer and max ended up giving it to me for free. But I guess I've spent quite a bit of money with them already...

Haha I spent TOO MUCH myself there also, so talk to Max and Reece?. Oh and Shawn when you get service done or anything talk to David Sherpord or his co worker. They look out for ya, they got me a free left headlight and maybe a right one too. David and his crew Will do a real god job.

Yeah, talk to Max or reece and they'll work with you. As for replacement headlights, I have condensation on my driver side now that I need to get replaced but lexus won't replace it for me for free since it's outside of warranty.
