Fellas another thing we could do is if you see some guys driving a Lexus tell them about the club. That's how I found out. We could start off meeting once a month or twice.

 

Sorry for being late guys... I have been quite busy with alot of stuff on my hands lately since Dave lended me those Aristo mags... My car at the present time is on jack stands getting a few things done to it and then to the painting booth for some touch ups. So I guess I can roll in the daily beater for the first two months of summer and then I'll let the other one roll out and make her first debut. So count me in for any weekend meets if I'm not busy.. I suggest the lake also because there's alot of stuff to do up in Lake Norman now and I could possibly bring out the parents jet skis...

 

so everyone good with the lake? can we set a date?: maybe something like sat. the 21st or sun. the 22nd?

Guys, I'm planning a camping trip with my local school club for sometime this end of may for Lake Norman, so if you guys are up for it, I could possibly include you guys in it. Let me know so I can plan ahead...

Vu, thanks but we'll pass on the camping trip. Although it would be an opportunity for me to break out my night vision goggles.

 

A newbie suggests one of the original drive-ins: South 21 on S. Bld, or Independence,or the one on Independence inside 485 in Matthews? or any SONIC??? Too bad BBQ King is in a so-so neighborhood on Wilkinson............
There's also a Hooters on Indep in Matthews for great lot space, but we'd share the place w/Harleys from the shop nearby.

I can't do the 2nd- my car will be rolling into the Dub Show (on Sunday the 3rd). Anybody else entering or coming? Know there will be a number of Lexus folks from ATL coming up.

Sorry on the next weekend either (June 9th) - guests coming in from out of town.

I did PM Justin (Lex7) and he also has a boat that we could use for overflow if our group got big enough. How about a meet up at the lake on the water? We could meet at the marina with the cars then go out on the lake for the day. Maybe end up at the ice cream place near Birkdale (Bruggers or something similar) on the way home - lots of room for pics there. Anybody interested in some tubing and kneeboarding?
