Does anyone have a recommendation of a good shop in the Atlanta area to have springs installed?

You might want to try on www.seloc.net. It's a bit more Atl centric than CL.

I had Butler Tire in Alpharetta install my springs on both my 2nd Gen and 3rd Gen GS.

Balanced Performance they do alot roadracing cars and are very good and back up everything they do. Google balanced performance 10 mins from mall of GA.

i don't know if you had them done yet, i suggest grand turismo east! they are the BEST!!! they setup and tune cars for track, street, and show. it is a small hole in the wall type of place.
