Lightbulb GA meets NC in SC meet? (and other areas)

Well with gas prices lower I am sure this is more enticing for a roadtrip.

I was thinking lets have a meet somewhere in South Carolina, where the Atlanta folks can meet the Charlotte folks, the S.C folks and everyone around us!!

So I need S.C folks to make suggestions? Any shows there. Clearly the BMW plant is there, funny place to have a Lexus meet

There are also some outlet malls we could meet at and do some shopping in S.C

Open to suggestions!

Mike

Lettme know...I'm pretty busy since it's the school year but I'm down if we get a pretty big group going...and it isn't more than an hour or so from Charlotte.

I'm kind of Familar with Greenville SC. I think it is halfway between the A and Charlotte. I don't know any places to have a car meet though.

Mike, there's really nothing special about the inland of SC. If you want a meet, I suggest having the meet around the coastal area.

there are a lot of people in the columbia area, and its conveniently located right in the middle of sc with i20/i26 and i77 running through it, although its only 1-1.5 hrs from charlotte its more like 3+ hrs from ATL. next summer we should have a lexus meet in MB the supra guys get "supras invade Las Vegas" or "SILV" we should do "Lexus invades Myrtle Beach" " LIMB" LOL!!

Mike, Greenville would be the ideal spot since its in the middle of all locations. From charlotte its about a 1hr drive, from columbia its about 1 hour and 15mins and from Atlanta its about 1hr 45 mins. There are a few places around that i can check out if you want, as far as shopping there isnt awhole lot here besides the one mall we have and a few shopping centers but nothing huge. Definitely no where close to Charlotte and Atlanta but there are a few spots that have huge parking lots that are no longer in business that come to mind. I do think its a good idea though!!!!

Myrtle beach huh?? About driving on the beach mike, I think some part of it will allow you to drive on the beach. But I doubt that I can even make it down to the beach as I have a hard enough time driving on the roads...

If it's in Myrtle Beach I'm out...I've just got too much work and that's to far to drive.
