Since it seems that everyone forgot about me....

Car is up and running, but not with the turbo kit installed. The hotside of the turbo was too large and would interfere with the intake. I'm either going to get a T61 from Mark @ XS Power, buy a smaller hotside for my T57 (1.15 now...maybe try a .58), or see what my contact at Honeywell can do about getting me a deal on a brand new Garret GT40.

Car runs really nice though, except it wants to stall out at idle. I'm pretty sure this has to do with the IAC that I messed around with when cleaning the TB. So once I get that adjusted I should be fine. under load it ran smooth as butter, timing seemed to be dead on, and no mis-firing from the different (colder) plugs that I installed.

VERY NICE man!!! Sorry for no being around, I had a uber busy weekend. 100+ degrees + HVAC guy + Wife birthday on Sat. + Kid stuff = slightly busy.

My vote is the GT40 with a .80 A/R that .58 won't allow you to hit any high HP numbers on low boost.

Hey Zeb, hope everything works out ok for you...atleast you had an idea it was coming and prepare for it. A lot of my friends in construction down in Florida had NO idea the axe was coming.

Jeremy, I actually can get a .70 hotside housing to still get me a fast spool and clear the intake manifold. Havent ordered it yet though, waiting till Monday when I find out what my price on the GT40 is...

I ordered some new O2 sensors, since I think I fouled one with the PB blaster, its throwing a clean AFR code......but car is running perfectly.

Maybe you posted up ahead but did you drop compression with a head gasket or anything? 1.15 is definitely way big at 10:1. Even .8 will be a lot on 10:1.

I'm .58 on a baby ct26/t04 hyrbrid with turbine clipped 11 degrees with 10:1 and it pinged on me once during a particularly high boost event.

I'm in fuquay currently. I have some parts n what not if you are looking for anything. Been meaning to catch up with you guys on nc imports for a while. Just haven't made the time.

Gotta do control arms and bushings soon but we are moving to Mebane mid July so I'm just gonna wait. Might cruise by one of those meets sometime but it will probably be with the triad group and a for sale sign.
