Default Independent Shop in Durham (Raleigh/Chapel Hill)

I'm new to the area and looking for an independent shop to perform regular maintenance on my Lexus. Any suggestions? I searched the forum and only found some posts for Charlotte. Thanks in advance.

What kind of shop are you talking about? Modification shop? Maintenance/general mechanics shop?

I personally suggest Phils Toy Store in Cary. They are who I and my family take all of our Toyota/Lexus cars to.

http://www.philstoystore.com/

Phils specializes in Toyota/Lexus only and have worked on every car I have owned, including my IS300 and my 1988 Toyota Celica All-Trac.

Resuscitating a dormant thread in hopes of learning about a recommended mechanic/shop in Raleigh/Durham. Phil’s shut their doors years ago.

Specifically, I have some electrical gremlins affecting the headlamps on a second gen RX.

Anyone I the area have a recommendation?
