try it yourself, if you're good with tools and have a firm grip use an angle grinder, if you are not good with tools please don't touch the angle grinder and take some time with a dremel with a thick cutting disc

I decided to get it done at zen motors and it turned out perfect. Would highly recommend these guys.

Here are some pics of the shaved fenders...it doesnt justify it that much but you would think the car was made like this. He cut the entire lip off.
