Exclamation Good news for Atlanta area Lexus Service

I spoke with Nicholas Dudley at Nalley Lexus Roswell today and shared with him why I've been using their Toyota store for routine maintenance. I showed him a couple of the RO's with the price for service such as oil & filter and tire rotation being about 1/2 of what the Lexus store normally charged plus not being forced to take un-wanted and not required fluff for extra money. He told me he would match the Toyota price not only for me but our club members as well. We just needed to provide evidence (like my prior RO from Toyota service Dept) or a valid Toyota quote and they'd meet item for item the same price.

You would need to call him at the number on his card (below) and mention this post and membership in Club Lexus. Plus bring along a previous RO from a Toyota dealer for the same maintenance you want. They don't have all of the Toyota prices and won't do the research for you so that part is up to you. Or a recent phone quote (with SA name and phone number) that can be validated.

I can't deny that the friendly atmosphere and geedunk bar isn't nice. If they can do this, I'm back and will provide the valid Toyota pricing to get it .

I've also been able to get big discounts at my Lexus dealer on the few service appointments that I have made for routine maintenance. For example, $160 minor maintenance for $90.

Think near 1/2 that. Closer to $50 for tire rotation, check it all over, and the good slippery synthetic 0w20w oil & filter, wash.

Nalley is where I ended up taking my F to get my water leak fixed after 3 failed attempts at the other dealership here in Atlanta. They actually took the time to tear the car down and fix the problem, even though they never found what was causing it, doing the work must of fixed the faulty seal. Wish I had bought my F from them in the first place. After how much care they showed for my car and getting the problem fixed I would recommend them over the other Atlanta dealership any day and this price deal is just another good reason to go to them!

Nalley Lexus Roswell also has a good parts department. They will price match other companies (even online vendors) on OEM parts. They even gave me a valve stem cap ($10 or $15) at no cost just because they had an extra one laying around.

When I picked up a bolt in my tire and decided to by four (Michelin Latitudes) I got prices from two tire companies then called Nalley Roswell. They beat the best price I had significantly including the tire warranty good at any Lexus store. I pumped in another 20 lbs to get me there and hit the road .

This is my local Lexus store and I have had nothing but good experiences there. As Greg mentioned they match prices on many parts. I have purchased sways and tires from them among other items.
