So if you are at all familiar with the area, you know it is a well known destination for motorcycle and automobile and even bicycle enthusiasts. I've been wanting to put together this meet for quite some time; but with the weather this summer being on/off makes scheduling a craps-shoot. So I'd like to throw the dice and put a hard date on the event regardless. I chose this date due to the fact that it is part of the Labor Day weekend; but if a majority feel because of this holiday date makes it MORE difficult to attend, I'm open to a date adjustment.

Anyhow, here's what I'm proposing.

*9-10 am - Greenville, SC area meet and greet - 1544 Poinsett Hwy, Greenville, SC (breakfast?)
*10 - head out to Ceaser's Head
*11-11:30 stop at Bald Rock (photo opp at Bald Rock and time to double check tire psi and such safety items)
*11:30 - 12 trip up the Mtn (please ensure your tires AND brakes are up to the task!)
*12 - 1 - snack time and photo opp
*1 - 1:30 - trip down the Mtn
*1:30 - 2:30 trip back into town for a late lunch/early dinner (open to suggestions on the dining establishment), perhaps Quaker Steak

^Of course the whole event hinges on good weather for the day; hopefully dry weather for the couple days leading up to Sat too, as the twisty roads are tree-covered and we need them DRY!

Depending on my work schedule and weather I may make it. Will know more about work closer to date were trying to wrap up a big project and as long as **** doesn't hit the fan should be able.
