I bought a pair of cheapo Uniden FRS radios to share with folks that don't have any that I'll bring. If you want a real inexpensive set, Best buy has Uniden FRS /GMRS radios (2 mile version) for $19.99 a pair.

Nuum, since Freelance would be taking 85N, it would be easier for him to meet us there, I think we all should meet at Hennessy as the meeting point and leave there no later than 3:30. WHat do u think? How about u Freelance?

Mike, that's fine by me. We can take 85-N to I-985 and go all way up to Robbinville, just like the last trip when we went to SM.

I don't understand, what's scenic about I-85 and I-985?

As for freelance, 400 is just a spur off of I-85, it's not out of the way at all. What is the plan?

I mean to say, we MEET at Hennessy off 85N at 3 and Freelance and everyone meets there. We leave 3:30 sharp and take 400N to take the scenic route.

Cdawg, we still stay the same plan and meet you up on 400N. I'm sorry about the confusion. we'll talk more about this at the meet on Sunday. Do you have any specific location on 400n yet?
