First off, how much hp are you looking for ? I am also set to go f/i soon. I am not sure if i'm going to go for a beast or just a GS4 killer, lol.
Powerhouseracing is an excellent shop; plus, Jarret's a good guy. Powerhouse is the way to go if you want crazy hp. But don't forget to upgrade that tranny if you go this route.
Now if you want around 300 rwhp; you have several shippable options. Prolex has the Vortech superchargers for you , but it is still in development. Their Powerdyne kits are ready, but they only make around 250 or somewhere in that area of rwhp.
Toyomoto and PHR are currently developing Superchargers that will produce around 300 rwhp and maybe more. The Toyo and PHR kits are for the IS , but i don't see any reason it won't work for the GS 3.
The toyo and prolex s/c'ers only have one sore spot. If you have no mechanical skills you will have to find a shop to install it. I'm pretty sure powerhouse won't have any problem doing the install.
So, i am taking a sit and watch approach to see what all the tuners come out with.
