Locating a good Toyota/Lexus technician

Default Locating a good Toyota/Lexus technician
Was wondering if anyone had a good way to locate aToyota/Lexus technician that "moonlights". I had this type of setup with a Jeep technician and it worked out fantastic for both of us. Short of follwing one home I have no other ideas?

For me, I need one for the Houston area.

too bad you're in Houston.....in Dallas we got JP Importz, he worked at a Lexus dealership for a while until recently starting up his own shop.
