HIN: VIP Auto Fashion (DALLAS!)
I know DaveGS4 already posted some info on this but here it is again:
If anyone is planning on showing in the Dallas HIN please post up. As you may know Hot Import Nights is doing something new this year in a few select cities called the "VIP Auto Salon". Its basically a way to seperate the Luxury cars from the Civics and Integras on the floor.
You need to apply to show you car in the VIP area, its not just a roll in and show like the rest of HIN. The VIP cars are on the red carpet in the middle of the venue which draws lots of spectators.
Basically the Bimmers and Benzes have been making VIP their playground at HIN. As of right now I have 20 reserved spots for Lexus in VIP which would be more then BMW or Mercedes for the Dallas show. So far I have 7 IS300s from IS300.net signed up for the red carpet, I would like to get some of the sickest Lexus from the south out there to show up all the M3s that we will be sharing the VIP area with.
Who is interested?
BTW, thanks to Dave everyone from ClubLexus that registers for the show gets $5 off registration fees

JPI, what was the time it took to drive from houston to dallas?
By august I will definitely have my body kit on, new exhaust, and hopefully a new head-unit... So I will be ready for HIN. Just wait until next year, hehe, engine time....
Need to make sure I put my Xpel on too, can't have rock chips
Just need to convince my mom it will be safe and okay to drive up there. Might bring a friend... make it a road trip...

hmm...thats not that bad, especially since I usually travel at around 95 on average....
I'll talk to them, but I would definitely enter for the VIP class. sounds like it will be such an attention getter. Plus I read we get our own lounge and stuff..
I know my car will have the body kit on by then, and new exhaust, but I don't know if I will have anything else done.... Anyone know a good detailer? I have a bunch of tiny light scratches that need to be polished...

We need more GS/LS/SC out there for this event, we have 7 (5 boosted) IS300s on board so far.
If you want to be in the VIP area do not register on the HIN website, you need to register on www.VipAutoFashion.com when registration opens.

How modded does a ride need to be? I'd be happy to bring my SC, but it is only mildly modded, mostly appearance and electronics. If thats OK, let me know, and I can give you more details.

Even if you don't go for the VIP area you should at least show in HIN!
The guys at Vision (the people who put on HIN) said they may have some Liqour Reps sponsoring the VIP lounge, that means the VIP participants may get to Drink Free in the VIP lounge

by then I will have my complete Lsport Body kit, new Apexi Exhaust, roof spoiler, and I already have 20 inch Giovanna Attacks and Tein Flex suspension. Don't have any engine mods except for exhaust, because I have a secret plan for it, but I have 2 W6's and amps in a frenched black vinyl enclosure in the trunk with focal components, but the stock head unit.

Most of the VIP cars have high end wheels, rare body kits, etc. but you never know...
