Hmm... The Payson drive sounds tempting. A friend of mine is coming down from Sedona, so it's kind of up to her. That and I have a party planned for Saturday night, so the pavilions is definately out for me. Put me down as a tentative (+1). It's most likely a go. Party doesn't start until late anyway and the house is pretty much ready as it is.

Yeah. McDonalds is easy to find. You can almost smell the golden arches when you come over the hill. It's also a popular stop for us on our way back from tubing the sludge river. I mean, salt river.
Just as the directions state. Head east on Shea. If you hit the "T" intersection, you went too far.

An update on the location in Fountain Hills...
Since the 87 (Beeline Highway) and Shea Blvd are pretty easy cross streets to get to, do we want to meet up there and have a quick breakfast around there?
I can't think of any places to meet near there other than the McDonalds on the north side of Shea. If that's fine with you guys, I'm good with that.
Modaoreoho, you'll want to take the 101 East to Scottsdale and exit on Shea. Go East on Shea for 10 miles and you'll curve up and over some hills (hence the name - fountain hills) and then you'll see a McDonald's on the left side.
Here is the Yahoo map location.

DaM!!!!! Wish the car was together...this sounds like it is gonna be fun. Maybe next time. By the way....there is a Denny's right across the street from Mcdonalds that might be better for the breakfast thing. More parking as well. Just a thought

Here is the final plan. We will meet at the McDonalds on Shea Blvd in Foutain Hills at 9:30 a.m. See the map above that I attatched earlier. We will then have an egg McMuffin and chill out for a while and leave on the run up to Payson at approximately 10:30 a.m. The run will take around 1 hour or so, depending on if we stop to take some pics and stuff. We will then plan on having lunch in Payson at the Chillis. We will then have lunch and chill out, then drive back. The plan was to then head over to the pavillions. I will not be able to make it because of another engagement. Let me know if you have any questions or need directions.
