We had a success meet at Dallas on 6/18. I can say every one just had tons of fun and we definitely will plan on our next meet very soon!

We met at Park Place Lexus at 3pm sharp. At the beginning, it's a little confused. We could not find the parking space TXSTYLE promised until TXSTYLE showed up around 3:10pm, the dealer staffs vacant the coverd deliver lot and members started to pull their cars into the covered parking spaces. We started intorducing ourselves and checking out each others ride. We took pics and vedio taped all the activities. We had total of 7 GS, 2 IS and 1 SC.

Around 5:30pm, we left the dealer's parking lot and heading to the restaurant. We had around 10 Lexus driving on the street together and attracted quite a bit attention on the street. We're loud and fast heading to the restaurant until we encountered a police car parked by the side of the street and everyone just behaved. After we passed the cop, suddenly a '01 purple M3 passing the group with fairly high speed, the next thing we all saw was Tiny just hit it and followed on, the race lasted for about 30 seconds and ended at >90mph on a two lane local street. The whole crowd cheered for Tiny for showing our Lexus pride to the Bimmer guy.

We parked at the restaurant on the whole one side of the parking lot. It;s quite a scene to see so many shining Lexus parked together. We had beers, margaretas and Mexican food to celebrate this get-together event for ClubLexus. There're several member's ladies also joined us for the great food.

After dinner at 6pm, it's still light and not as hot. We headed to a vacant mall parking lot. Over there, ladieds talking about their shopping experiences while guys just raced all over the big and empty mall parking lot. We had GS4 vs GS4, GS3 vs IS3, GS4 vs IS3. All races were taped and will be posted soon. We all had so much fun by squeaking our tires and pushed our cars to the limit. We played at the parking lot till 8:30pm and it's getting dark, we knew it's time to end this meet...

I'd like to thank TXSYLE and 1BADGS to facilitate this event for all Texas members. I also like to thank alll members that showed up for this meet. I had to admit I had lots of fun with you guys and gals and I've started planning about our next meet

See you soon!

Hey what's up guys, this is John. I just got back to Oklahoma around 2:30PM this afternoon. All I have to say was it was a great meet, and that I would definitely go to the next one if my schedule allows me to. Everyone was really cool there, and Jacob inspired me to sell my is3 to get a GS400. Ernest, if you're reading this, keep an eye for one for me please. It was really cool seeing everyone. Majority of the owners were older adults, but it was good to be treated seriously. The races at the end at a vacant mall lot was really fun (we made sure we had enough room so that nothing was endangered). Jacob's car was really impressive, pictures just does not justify. And the speed was incredible for a luxury sedan. I hope to see more of you at the next meet. I took a lot of pictures and will be developing it the next day or so when I'm not sick (101 degree). Take care.

Hey guys--Nancy and I had a great time at the meet--hopefully there will be another one before too long. It was nice meeting everyone! I took a ton of pics and will make an album out of them in the next couple of days for anyone interested to check out.

You guys have some very cool cars, and that has the evil effect on even a die-hard bimmerphile like me of getting a bug for a Lexus.

I had a great time tagging along even though I dont own a Lex anymore.

I'm still jealous of you gs4 owners cause I always wanted one of those. i'll own one someday

I think next time someone needs to hold down Jacob from peeling out and running around in the parking lot like a chicken with his head cut off. i think he had too many margaritas

Hahahahahaaha!!!! Ill second that.... Jacobs car is unbelievable....he was driving around the parking lot like he was at Malibu grand prix...Ive seen it a couple of times here in Austin but never had a chance to look at it in detail....
It was definitely a great event and I felt compelled to salute Marcus and the rest of you guys and girls in the general forum as well....If Jacob intends on doing the same thing in Austin in the near future Im sure I will see you all again soon....Thanks again for an awesome time...Tiny(Chris)

I'm sick I missed the meet but the move into my new house didn't work exactly as planned. I had to stay behind to finish the move. It wasn't until seven pm that I finished. I may never here what Borlas sound like on the G4. Hope to meet y'all sometime soon; maybe in Austin or Houston.

DEMONN-M3--what exhaust are you getting?

Lexus_IS300--that's sweet about the supercharger. Are you going to be able to take some pics of the install with that awesome camera of yours?

To everyone--Nancy or I will be posting our pics of the Dallas meet tomorrow--about 40 pics or so in total.
