Hello All,

first off i'd like to say im' new to this board. I'm currently in Houston,TX and have a 99 GS300. I'm in desperate need of an engine because the number 2 piston ring is leaking! Does anyone have one? Or does someone know a good mechanic for our cars other than the dealer? I'm debating how much it would cost to get the engine fixed rather than trying to swap it out with a used one...thanks everyone in advance.

You should check Ebay. Also, you should just consider doing the GTE swap and get some horsepower. I dont know how much cash you have, but that would be cool, having a GTE swapped GS3 here in Houston.
