Default a place in az that..

would paint headlight housing? I'm not sure what kind of a place I should be looking for.. the bumper and everything has to be taken off.. and I think it would be okay to just spray paint the housing, but who would take everything off and such? maybe one of you guys in az could help me out even?

also; a good reputable place that paints cars. not maaco.

help would be great guys

scotts coach works is THE BEST. however i don't know if they'd do custom work like painting the headlight housing... that requires throwing the headlights into the oven and pulling them apart to get inside...

i am actually calling them up next week. gotta get some stuff touched up here and there on the car.

yeah, that's why it's so hard to find someone who will do it or help me do it :\ There's somewhat of a tutorial on the forums but I'm not the best at the really in depth taking apart DIY's

PM 13s_IS300, he did the painting himself and has moved from NorCal to your neck of the desert (woods).

Many of us have baked headlights before to get at the housing out. Once you find help getting the pieces are out you can take them to a shop for painting or DIY.

13s_IS300 should have pics posted on the forums here somewhere.

There's only one way to learn! If you want, you're more than welcome to use my garage. you can bring the car over and we'll have Kaiser come over too (he's the most diy guy i know). we'll pull the bumper, the headlights, and then (in my best Ricky Bobby impersonation) shake and BAKE 'em open and spray paint the housing - wooooooooooooo!
