Oh captain, my captain, looking good there, always great to see another Alpine Silver brother in the ranks. I see you're well on your way with mods, any interest in a front lip? I've got a new in the box Greddy I decided not to install, you can have it for $100.

Chris,

I like it. With my suspension set up I only have 6.5 inches of ground clearance, but it does look killer...hmmm...unpainted?

Steve-O,

Where are you getting your wheel done? I've got a gauge in one of my rims that I need buffed or polished out. It wasn't me, I swear!

Yep, unpainted, in fact I only recently opened the box when another member had an interest in buying it. Ground clearance was my issue as well, specifically my driveway, I know I'd have ruined it eventually, but yeah it looks awesome imo.

I live in central phx and my driveway isn't a flat entryway because it has a rain gutter so I have to let her down slow and sideways backing up or else it drags the front end. I better pass, but thanks for the offer.

No prob cap'n, I'm gonna have to find somebody who lives on flat land to get rid of this thing, or else throw it on ebay which I've been avoiding cuz I really don't care to ship it, but it's bugging me now sitting in the garage.

Exclamation Black Chrome emblems anyone?

i found this thing online

http://www.caswellplating.com/kits/black_krome.html

It will convert anything that is chrome to a "Black Chrome"

If i buy this who would like to have emblems, trim, etc done? i don't want to spend 300+ bucks on this kit to only use it on my car! Anyone who wants their emblems to be blacked out in AZ, let me know, and we can work something out once i get 3 or 4 people interested...

Oh man I really must be losing it, I forgot all about your generous offer, I sold the lip to a guy in Washington and it cost me $107 to ship the blasted thing via UPS, the Mail Store guy qouted me $247 for FedEx! Damn I thought I felt as stupid as can be then, now I feel even worse.
