Not just the official hotel part...if there were more events, then it would be a different story. Supras Invade Las Vegas had quite a few events over 4 days. Scenic drive, dyno's, drags, show n shine, road race, and poker tourney. We had a blast. Now...if it was like this...i'd be down ina heart beat. And by the way, I could leave you the key to the mini bar, but it would already be emptied by me.

Hey, I totally agree withyou the SILV is a meet to attend with lots of goodies and various activities. However, you have to give us some credit for our first year out. No one planning this event even lives in Las Vegas! I hear you on traveling a far distance for a "show and shine", but I drove from Phoenix to San Jose for a dinner and a "show and shine'. To me it was worth it.
I think the trip was like 1,500 miles total and this year I'm not even excited about the event itself - I'm more excited about meeting up with new friends again.

They made the trek up to NorCal last year and I know that half the fun was getting there and back.
Our well organized caravans made sure of that.
Our friendships built and I took my turn to visit AZ a couple months back.
Needless to say the trip was worth it. The hospitality is what counts.
Vegas location itself is all the excuse I need to travel, meeting old friends and creating new ones is what I expect out of SinCity.
Pre and post-meet activities will just be icing on the cake.
I do hope we can one day build this meet up to a SILV level or possibly join them in a combined activity.

They made the trek up to NorCal last year and I know that half the fun was getting there and back.
