Its very easy to do, make sure you do it in an open area because there WILL BE SMOKE from all the carbon deposits breaking out of the exhaust.
What I do is use a 1/2 of the Sea Foam can in my FULL gas tank.
Add water to remaining half, with engine running grab a small hose on your intake manifold/throttle...your idle will obviously rise. Using that hose, SLOWLY use it to suck the SeaFoam/Water mixture into the engine. Idle will drop a bit as mixture enters, so suck up the mixture a little at a time until all gone. Make sure to put the hose back where it belongs when finished.
Your exhaust will start billowing out smoke depending on how much carbon is in your cylinders, so don't worry, that is a good sign that it is working.
After the mixture is gone from the can, get in the car and take it for a hard run a few times down a side street or anywhere but a main road since you will be spewing out smoke for a little bit. It'll take less than a minute for all the smoke to stop, once it does, let your car idle for a minute...and you're done.
