Hey guys, I've just been mad busy this summer. Lots of traveling and life-related stuff going on.

We are doing this meet, we're planning for an October-ish date now.

Anyone want to help? Let me know, I could use a hand trying to find a location, organizing restaurant stuff, and getting some music.

 

Depends on what kind of music you mean. If your talking about a live DJ, that will be expensive, but Im sure if you gave him some notice Tito could do it for you. If you still want this to be a Sugar Land meet, then I would say the time square parking garage, the big one next to PF changs. Im not sure who to talk to use that garage though, but it would be cool because of the view of time square and of Sugar Land. As far as the restaurant goes, I would say keep it easy, something cheap, and somewhere that would be able to have alot of people. Maybe some type of wing joint or something. I dont know, Im just throwing ideas out there. Just send me a message on AIM sometime. I can help, just depends with what.

I've heard that they don't allow meets on top of the garages anymore. Some idiot kids did burnouts and wrecked.

 

Damn, retards. Lets see. Another central spot in Sugar Land..not sure. Maybe the parking lot at like Home Depot, or the parking lots across from time sqaure, like the strip center next to the mall. I dont know. Someone with big speakers will be easy to find, I may even know someone.

 

I am incredibly late to all this, lol, but I'm interested in this. I'd say the meet should definately be around Town Square to catch attention to clublexus, id say. Has anyone talked to the people over at Marriott? Maybe we can get some special permission from them. I live in Sugarland, so i'd be willing to help on my spare time. I'm not sure if my Rx would be considered upscale but i'd attend.

 

We've started another thread Christian, you should post in there, its in this same Section(Southwest). We want to start like a monthly or so get together kind of meet for Sugar Land. We were thinking Town Square, but some people may or may not be able to drive to far. We will see, but be sure and post in that thread. The thread title starts with HOUSTON, TX.
