help dealing with this company but i finally reached them but we'll see how it goes. It involves a big purchase ($2500) and i dont want to get screwed over

I am glad you finally got your money back. When I did business with them, I talked directly with the owner. However, on the day I went to pick up my exhaust, the employee helped me out. He didn't seem like the brightest though. I didn't bother me because I was too excited about my exhaust.
