Does anyone know of a reputable shop in Dallas or surrounding(up to and including Ft Worth) that does an R12 recharge? I'm located in Rowlett and don't mind driving a reasonable distance. TIA!

 

hmmm.... no responses. Fortunately I found a guy through a friend. When I see him tomorrow I'll ask if he will accept referrals & if so, I'll post his info up for anyone else in the area that may be experiencing the issue of wanting to retain R12, but being unable to locate a shop that can do a recharge.

 

Any shop that would be able to read gauges would be able to diagnost your problem. The problem is R12 is no longer available for us to purchase.
