Twice, I've taken my car to Chandler Lexus for Saturday service appointments, most recently in May.

Well I think everyone should put their experiences down on here with the dealership as well though. It would be a good informational tool to have. I've only had experiences with Bell Lexus and Scottsdale Lexus. I like Scottsdale Lexus better, but I think most of these Lexus employees don't like me cuz i'm young ......

Oh I am calm, I'm extremely easy going. Your post came off terrible in context through my screen. I just hate when people get for offering help. If you post was purely, 'do we get a discount' it would have read better. The 'if not screw it' following is what seemed rude to me. This is obviously another case of text out of context. Apologies.

Ah, I understand. My apologies as well.

I went to Lexus of Chandler with some grease on my elbow, looking for parts. While walking in the lounge, this lady in front desk smiled and walked towards me and asked me if she could provide any help. I said, "Yes , I'm looking for parts department" and she walked with me to go there. I said " thank you" And she replied " you have a nice day Sir".

I was like whoa, what's goin' on?

Chandler is the best! I've always been treated well there for sales & service, so that's the only place I'll go now. My only complaint is that I can never get a Lexus loaner from the service dept., it's always a Camry.

I'll never go back to SS Lexus. I had problems the last two times I took my car there. When I complained about it, they weren't responsive and acted like they didn't care. And I'm not a young dude or a hothead. They lost my service business on both of my Lexus vehicles.

I'm 24 and they treated me very well.

Oh yeah, Big Two Toyota in 202 have great service as well.

for Scottsdale Lexus, never had the slightest trouble there and as long as I get there before 10 am or so I always get a Lexus loaner, even if I'm only in for an oil change.
