It does make sense to get there early to be settled and prepared.

That is what I am trying to schedule. I was hoping people would come in before sat so that way they can get settled in their rooms and we can get things together so on Sat Morning we get up for breakfast and start our day. As things progress I will be the point of contact. I will give my numbers closer to the meet
I understand Park Place is out...What about Sewell? Their stores are limited on room. There is a place close to us in Flower Mound that in the summer always hosts a car show. El Chico on the corner of Morriss and Justin Road. Since they closed down the Albertson's, the parking lot is huge? Just a thought if we are running out of options? I know the shows they host are generated by carsroadshow.com. I'm sure we could probably contact El Chico directly?
