There definitely is, but not yet...Hold tight for a week or so, and we should have a much clearer view of the firmed up details of this event.

I do want to announce that because we are working very closely with the host Lexus dealer to secure a proper location for the Car Show, as well as negotiating the finals with the track that will host the Drag event, and the negotiations with the major magazine to cover the event, it has been determined that the original May dates will not work. So, I want to let you all know that we have decided to push the date out so that the necessary planning and execution of this event is successful, and we all have fun when we get together. I know several of you are making your plans, and I want you to have sufficient time to make the adjustments. Please understand that this was a difficult decision to make, but we felt it was unfair to all of you to come so far for this Meet, to only find it did not get the attention to detail it needs to really be successful. So, please accept our apologies for pushing the date. Keep in mind that what we have in the works will certaily be worth the wait. We will update you as soon as we finalize the dates, and we will be committed to the new date.

This gives us an opportunity for having a huge successful event. With the proper people/businesses backing us we can really make this great. I would also like to point out the fact that we are working with a Lexus dealer should certainly concrete the fact that this thing is very real!, It will be worth the wait, I don’t think most of you even realize how much work and planning has been going on behind the scenes to make this happen. Just my 2 cents

 

dang, ok well I guess it gives me more time to work on my car....that's too bad, well lets just wait it out, and hopefully it'll become a huge event

Man, good thing I read up on this, I still thought it was the 24th and I'm pressured on getting my car done and ready, more time for me to catch up on my stuff to get done ^_^

 

Same, I JUST requested all of those days off of work, and was preparing for those days haha. DANM, well please let us know ASAP, and PLEASE PLEASE change the first post and Subject line from those days to "TBD" Or "To Be Determined" so people don't get confused or exited like I got haha.

After may it gets really warm in Dallas, we were recomended September for cooler weather.

for the people that are going what body kits will be up there.
it will be a decision maker for me on what body kit to get seeing all of them there?
