Dealer in Houston

I am looking to buy an ES350.
Can anyone recommend a reasonable, no-hassle dealer in the Houston area ?
How much discount off MSRP can I expect for a base ES350 ?

I'd recommend Homer Hsu at Westside Lexus. He just hooked me up w/ an ISF over the weekend. Mention that you know Bernard from ClubLexus.
