Hey, what would you guys think if I could put something together out at the Bondurant School?
It wouldn't exactly be free, and we might have to push the date back a bit but let me see what I can do. It would be cool to have it be more of an "event" than just a meet - plenty of room, just us, a little lead-and-follow on the track?... Don't misunderstand - it wouldn't be a track day event, just more of a show and shine with a little extra fun. I know money's tight for everyone right now but I'll try to make it happen cheap if you guys are down. I'll have a better idea on $ when I chat with the higher-ups tomorrow.
I'd need an idea on roughly how many would attend... 25-30 cars maybe?

im not sure how many az people you have over at my.is, but 20-30 is quite a bit of people. as of now, we only have 14 people voting on this pole, 10 of which are free the same weekend.
if you don't mind, please link this thread over on my.is for this month as well. the more lexi(sp?) the better. even if its just for a gtg. i would love to see an actual event as well. it would be nice if we had some dealer support, or aftermarket support, but i dont think the dealers are going for our kind of clientel, so it may be difficult to get them to put something together for us.

actually it looks like mex lex already posted it over there, but maybe start a new thread so more people see it, other than the ones looking on page 79 of the spotted thread? both days! it looks like we have more people coming out on the 30th including some is' that i dont think are on the poll, so i think we should do tempe on that day, then maybe we can all roll to pavillions after that or something
as for this saturday, i think we should just do pavillions unless anyone has any other ideas.

How about meeting somewhere and than rolling together to the Pavs? Maybe we can meet at Lot 59 at ASU?
