Phoenix: Best place to cut a new key?

I bought one of the flip keys off ebay (arrived from China in a week!). What's the best/cheap place in Phoenix (north valley if possible) to get it cut? Dealership? Specialized locksmith?

I got my key cut from the dealership. I got it done for free because I come in a lot for parts, so I do not know how much they normally charge.
