Okc toyota/lexus meet october 9
Where: Dub Richardson Toyota
When: Sat Oct 9th, 2010 12:00
Who: YOU! Supra/Car enthusiast of any kinds are welcome.
The plan is to meet at Dub Richardson Toyota where they have aloted a portion of the parking lot for us. Perfect opportunity for pics and they will be providing some lunch as well. I have a few models lined up, but unfortunately they are not free. I will cover a good portion of the expense, but if anyone else would like them there please PM me and donate 10.00 to the cause.
Then to the dyno at B&R Performance in OKC. Its a pretty good drive from Dub Richardson to B&R so we can get some cruising/video. We will have a list to sign up below and we will stick to it until everyone who signed up is done, then anyone else is free to.
Dyno will be 45.00 for 3 pulls without A/F and 55.00 with A/F.
After the dyno we will have a few options. There is Thunder Valley Raceway or 'other' events. We can discuss at the dyno...
Those of you staying in hotels...
The event hotel is Embassy Suites. We have reserved 5-15 rooms for Oct 8 and Oct 9th. We chose this hotel because of the new configuration and placement. You can easily fit 5 people to a room so the cost becomes a non factor.
These rooms are all suites. Plenty of nice parking, etc.
Normally 179.00 a night, our rate is 125.00.

I do request that cars be tuned prior to the dyno. We will have some time, but we will put ourselves in a jam if everyone needs to tune.
We also need to build a list of the Dub Richardson Show N Shine participants.. It is VERY important that we get an accurate count and be on time.

Any interest in a group buy for OKC Supra meet shirts? Would need to have a minimum of 25 shirt orders committed by September 17th. I'll be posting designs shortly.
Pricing will be 18-20.00 per shirt, but more ordered means better pricing.
