I asked Clear Lake Lexus(Houston) how much they would charge me to remove my coilovers out of curiosity one day, and the tech quoted me 10 hours of labor! I told him I could do it in 2.5, without a lift, and taking beer breaks. Anyway way you go about it, prepare to spend some cash if you can't do it yourself.

+1 with heyarms.
JTran is up on the North near Beltway & 45N. EVS Motors is on Bellaire. JTran is a great guy and super down to earth... not sure what their cost would be but it would probably be less than EVS. Don't get me wrong -- EVS is a pretty great shop that works on numerous high end cars. If you follow them on facebook, Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Porsches, GTRs are coming and going out of that shop all day. I sent my car there to have them put my wheels on, it's just that they're expensive in compare to what I usually pay for (yet less than a dealer). But they're also equally great people to work with and incredibly friendly.
Me and heyarms share the same mechanic on the SE side... but he's incredibly busy so you may have to wait until next week to have your springs put on. However, it's worth the wait... he's the only guy that really only touches my car.
