key fob - 2003 GS300 Houston

Where's the best place in town to purchase? Westside Lexus is charging 500 for the key & 2 hours of labor @ 130 an hour.

Also, can i program it myself?

$500?!?!?!?

that's more expensive than the 3rd gen key fobs. try a locksmith.
