Tulsa Meet May 19th 2012!

Meet at Hunter Park for a quick get together. Depart at 8:30 AM.

9:00 AM Meet at JRP Speedway for Go-Kart Racing. This has already been reserved so I need an idea of how many will be racing. $35 per person - 20 minute session. If we have a lot of people we can get more time in and do relay races which will give us more track time but the price may go up (+$5 or $40 per person).

Meet at Jackson park for lunch and show-n-shine. There are bathroom facilities on-site. I will provide some sort of food just haven't decided yet.

Meet at VDP Motorsports. Dyno will be first come first serve. I will be there (early this time) with a dry erase board. Steve (stevevangst) has generously let us come back this year. Dynos will be FREE if you make more than 500 whp ($20 if < 500) for 2 runs. 2 RUNS ONLY! No Tuning!

We don't want your DD on the dyno!

This will be my first meet of any car gathering. I need to know of stuff to do as I will get to tulsa Wednesday. BTW, I will chalange anyone at gokarting! As long as you don't have any racing exp other than ociasional karting.. I have absoluitly 0.00% racing exp other than rented indoor karts.

I'm not going. I've talked to a few of the OKC guys, but no one has said for sure if they were going. I'm sure the Hyperspeed Motorsports Supras from OKC will be there though.

i can't go because my daughters birthday is that sunday, but her party is on the 19th. but you most likely won't have a shortage of cars

There should still be a bunch of guys that live in the Tulsa area. It's really hard to get in contact with some of the OKC guys. Many of them don't get on here or Supraforums so they'll probably miss the meet.

Oh, you too? Is ANYBODY from OKC going? All of the SC guys' cars are down. I haven't heard from any of the IS, GS, or MR2 guys though.
