Question Tein S-tech pics?

I have been searching for a pic of the TEIN S-tech springs on a 98 + up GS... no luck.

Anybody got any pics? Any reason why I shouldn't buy them. I am going to mate them with the stock shocks for now and eventually get shocks later on.

TIA,
Byron

I have the S.Techs. No real reason there aren't any pics. Its green colored progressive rate springs. If you really want pics, pm me and I will mail them to you. I like them just fine. and with the tein dampers (16 way adjustable) and some adjustability for height (can be lowered another 10-15mm) they feel great.

S.Techs are not coilovers.

Sounds like HI98 has Tein dampers which are adjustable 10-15mm which a little less than a inch I believe.

What is the cost of the S Tech spring and Damper kit?

I believe this had the Tein springs. Not 100% sure though.

how sure are you?. b/c if that is really a S-TECH only drop.. then it looks great.. especially since the springs cost $150.

Default The drop only looks good if you have 20" rims on your car->

I have them with 19" rims and i wish they were a little lower. I don't know about that pick but my fronts doesn't drop that low.

This car used to be for sale. I thought it said Tein s-tech springs b/c at that time I was interested in the s-techs. Maybe they meant coilovers? That kit make the drop look even lower though, so I don't know.

lemme try to clarify some things.

the s.tech spring will lower the car about 1-1.25 inches.
the tein damper that I have has an adjustable spring perch that can overall lower the car another 10-15mm
the damper also has adjustabilty like the coilovers to adjust dampening, so you could use the EDFC on it if you want to.

hope this clears things up a bit.

here is a pic of my car with w/springs and on highest level on spring perch
