Default Steering ? Braking Problem

OK guys - 92 Sc400 - 120k

This is really hard to explain so please bare with me.

Firstly, If I turn my steering wheel completely one way and give it slight gas, my steering goes weird and it feels as if I am driving over big bumps.

When I shift into reverse after being parked, and let go of the brake the brake makes a weird metal clunking noise.

There are some other problems that it is having - and I know they are all related to the same problem coming from the front left wheel. I want to get better descriptions of what is happening so I can explain it better. So what do these symptoms look like?? Any help appreciated as I am very broke!!
