So a couple of days ago I installed an android screen on my 2008 Lexus is 350. At first I was having problems with the audio cutting but it was just a wrong wiring issue. I was plug a wire in the wrong port. But while installing the screen I took my car in a drive. While driving something hit under my car. After that i took the screen off cause I was getting no signal for the backup camera. I fixed that and that’s when my power steering and abs light came on. Also the brake light will stay on even tho the brake was off. My windows won’t go down my windshield wiper won’t wipe on any mode beside the last one my windshield wiper spray won’t spray and my snow and PWR ECT switch won’t show up on dashboard. My speed thermometer won’t move while driving. That’s pretty all the problems I’ve found so far. If anyone has any idea what it could be please help.

I think you should lift the car up on hoist and see if there's any damage from the hit under.
