Default Rotors and brake pad replacement

I need to change the rotors and pads on my 2011 AWD is350. I have been looking on rock auto and I hope someone can give me some advice as to which brand they went with. I would like stock performance or maybe a step up if possible but I want them to last. Any suggestions?

I have a 2011 IS 250 AWD, so the brakes are different. That said, in May of 2023, I bought and installed a set of Power Stop "Geomet" (Z17) coated rotors and pads. Since I am in Ontario, Canada (it looks like you are also north of the border), and there are some compatibility issues with brake rotors and pads depending on the car's factory build spec, I opted to buy from TDot Performance in Toronto. When shipping, currency and taxes are added in, their pricing worked out identical to Rock Auto. Plus, if there was a parts mix-up, I would not have to deal with sending back parts across the border.

I did not go with the Z23 drilled and coated "sport" rotors as I use my car as a daily driver. I have driven about 15,000 km since installing the Z17 coated rotors, and they have held up well and still look pretty good despite being in the rust belt. They seem to provide equivalent performance and feel as the OEM brakes that came with the car. I bought a full kit (front and back rotors and ceramic pads) and everything fit properly except for the front caliper clips (I reused the original ones). Brake dust is a bit less than the OEM pads.

I paid $Cdn 510.75 delivered to my door and am pretty happy with the purchase. I also replaced the caliper pins and boots, which I bought at my local Canadian Tire.
