Default Tein Flex Noise Question

Just got a set of Tein Flex coilover's and they seem to make alot of noise whenever I go over little bumps.... Does anyone else have this problem??? I went back to the performance shop where I got these put on, and they cant figure it out either.... When we lift the car up, I notice that the springs are not progressive springs, so they are loose, but should tight down when I drop the car... Any info would be appreciated....

Yes, tighten up the spring perch until snug. Also ensure that the top end of the assembly is screwed into the lower half enough to prevent any play. I had some noise initially up front and after I screwed both halves together a little more the noise was gone. I also lubed the TRD sways to eliminate the noise from going over bumps. The rear passenger side started making a tremendous noise and I finally isolated it to the lower ball joint. Lubed it up and no noise.
Hope that helps
