Upload them in to the gallery, then right click on the picture, copy the properties, and come into the forums and click IMG tag and paste the properties!

Mod Edit - Your pictures did not show up because the tags were off. To make life simple, you can just copy the URL of the picture, click on the "IMG" tag up there ^^, and paste the URL into the box that comes up. That will show you how it is supposed to look.
